However, a new trend of keeping parrots is arising but many are still ignorant to the joys and issues associated with caring for these exotic pets. Focusing on three bird owners, this documentary discusses their experiences with keeping birds.

Zhi Lian is an old, homeless cardboard collector living amidst the Covid19 pandemic. Her daily routine consists of collecting cardboard, selling it, and scavenging for the ritual items needed for her ghost marriage with her late fiancé. However Zhi Lian is running out of time as her late fiancé is due to reincarnate soon, and they will never reunite if he does.
One night before her late husband's reincarnation, Zhi Lian wakes up to find her ritual items eaten and destroyed by rats. She panics and spends the remaining two days sourcing for these items. Due to the worsening situation of the Covid19 pandemic and people's prejudice against her, Zhi Lian struggles harder than ever. When she finally gets all the ritual items she needs, she proceeds with the ghost marriage ceremony only to realise that the priest is unable to find her late fiancé spirit.
